The name Gulashbaronen is an old Swedish nickname for an arrogant, rich, boasting person during the first world war, who made quick money on the crisis by selling food and provisions with exagerrated prices. The direct translation is The Goulash Baron and referring to the type of food which was common around Europe during the war in the early 1900s. A baron is title of nobility, often at the lowest rank in the peerage system.
The restaurants offer á la carte, or you can rent out the entire space for a private event.
