Spend a full day exploring some of Swedish Lapland's finest fishing waters together with an experienced local guide. Whether you're chasing salmon in the mighty Kalix River, casting for grayling and trout in the beautiful Ängesån, or targeting pike and perch in Lake Vallsjärv, your guide will tailor the day to your experience level, preferred fishing method and target species.
With extensive local knowledge of the rivers and lakes around Jockfall, your guide knows where to fish, how the conditions affect the water and how to help you make the most of every cast. Whether you're new to the sport or an experienced angler looking to explore legendary Arctic fishing waters, this personalised experience offers the best possible opportunity for a memorable day on the water.
During the Arctic summer, the midnight sun stretches the days far beyond the ordinary, creating endless opportunities to fish beneath the golden evening light. It's an experience unlike anywhere else – when the clock says evening, but the river still glows in the warm light of the northern sky.
Your full-day adventure includes local transportation, a delicious lunch and plenty of time to immerse yourself in the spectacular surroundings of Heart of Lapland. After the guided trip, you're welcome to continue exploring the area on your own if you wish.
To ensure the experience matches your expectations, simply let us know your preferred fishing style (spinning or fly fishing), your target species and your previous fishing experience when making your booking. Fishing licences and equipment are available at an additional cost if required. Please note that this experience is designed for groups of up to four guests.
You can also spend the night just steps from the river in comfortable cabins and lodges with access to a restaurant, sauna, fishing shop and equipment rental.
As passionate custodians of these pristine waters, we kindly ask all visitors to help us care for the rivers and lakes by leaving every fishing spot as beautiful as you found it. Together, we help preserve this remarkable environment for future generations of anglers.
