Rantajärvi Wilderness offers exciting angling in fresh inland lakes between June and September. The Rantajärvi lake is a natural habitat for pike, perch and trout and has a 7,9 kilometer shoreline with a partly sandy bottom. You can rent a rowing boat with life vests to get further out on the lake.

The lake Naarajärvi is located 6 kilometers from the village Rantajärvi. Here you can catch trout, pike and perch year-round. The shore around the lake is 2,3 kilometer and you have both shallow waters and a water depth up to 25 meters – a perfect habitat for the fish. Lake Naarajärvi also has a rowing boat with anchor and four life vests for rental. Daily fishing permits are available for both groups and individials, for angling in lake Naarajärvi. You will receive information about current fishing conditions upon arrival.

Pre-book the angling package for groups with 2-10 persons, which includes three hours of inland lake angling together with a guide. Fishing permits, fishing equipment, map, sandwiches, and beverages are included in the package.

The fishing activities are suitable for children aged 6 years or older, accompanied by adults.

Please remember to bring your own clothes and shoes, suitable for fishing. We recommend wind- and waterproof outfits. Check the weather before departure.
