Aurora Mountain Lodge is situated in Lannavaara, a small village by the Lainio River, 200 km North of the Arctic Circle. Only 80 people live in the village year round and reindeer herding is the most common occupation.

Explore pristine nature and meet the Sámi culture while enjoying your home away from home, close to the mountains of Swedish Lapland. On a clear day, you can see the stunning Kuormakka from most of the restaurant and lounge.

The lodge offers hotel rooms with en-suite facilities, or you can opt for the aurora cabins, which comes with a living room, small kitchen and sleep up to 6 guests. At Aurora Mountain Lodge you can enjoy activities like husky tours, snowmobile tours, Arctic horseback riding, snowshoeing and northern lights activities.
