Kalix roe safari premium
For a day and a half, you will be able to follow the fishing, the processing and the craftsmanship of Kalix Roe. You will see the fishing for vendace in the archipelago, have a traditional lunch, and you will get to try the job of clearing and cleaning the vendace in the fish factory, where you will also make your own Home Made Kalix Roe. Last but not least, you will enjoy a three-course dinner based on local ingredients and composed by our own master chef.
Season: Available only for a very short period of time each year – from the end of September and 3-4 weeks onwards.
