Filipsborg Mansion

Filipsborg – The Arctic Mansion sits on the shore of Kalix River, filled with a rich history. The oldest part of the mansion was built in 1805. Today, the estate is family-run and offers comfortable rooms and a hearty seasonal menu based on local produce from the forest, sea and rivers.

The hotel rooms are well-equipped and situated in two different buildings; Rättaren (Superior-rooms) and Längan (single rooms, twin/double rooms and a suite). Längan is the largest building for accomodation. All rooms have WiFi, TV and private bathrooms. A shared kitchen is also available. Rättaren has 4 Superior rooms with private bathrooms, access to a shared sauna and a kitchen. If you are a larger group, renting all 4 rooms means you get the entire floor to yourself.

Enjoy classic winter experiences with Filipsborg, like snowmobiling, northern lights tours and meeting reindeer. Take a boat tour in the Arctic archipelago or paddle with a kayak in the river during the summer and autumn season.
