Make your own Kalix roe
You are welcomed with champagne and hors d’euvres, of course with Kalix Roe, in the fish factory Guldhaven Pelagiska.
You watch a short film about fishing for vendace/whitefish and the refining process of roe. Then we take you on a tour of the factory where you get to see how Guldhaven refines the roe. Finally, you will get to try the craft for yourself – to make your own Home Made Kalix Roe.
